Shipping Policy 
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)

We aim to get your wallpaper to you quickly and safely. Orders are typically dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

We use trusted courier partners to deliver your wallpaper. Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, but this may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Orders for wallpaper and wallpaper samples are professionally packaged to protect them in transit.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote postcodes. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.

Dispatch Times
Dispatch times vary depending on the product:
Ready-to-ship wallpapers: Typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether this is achievable.

Delivery Options
Most orders are sent via tracked 48 hour delivery services with a signature required unless you instruct us otherwise at the time of checkout. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, they may leave your parcel with a neighbour or take it to a local collection point.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. International delivery fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international delivery times vary by destination and may be longer due to customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products (e.g. very large or heavy wallpaper rolls or accessories) may have specific delivery arrangements. If any item requires specialist delivery, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
